How does the delivery process work?

• Once we receive your order, your products pass through the final round of quality check.
•  Then they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in biodegradable organic cotton drawstring bags. After extensive research we choose to move ahead with these as they are reusable, sustainable and easy to maintain. Negligible usage of paper has helped us achieve zero waste packaging.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24-48 hours of the confirmation, you can then check the status of your package through the 'Track' button on the 'Track' section.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

• We have free domestic shipping.
• We have region and weight specific charges for international regions.

Does Zenkind ship outside India?

Yes we ship in APAC & NORTH AMERICAN Regions.
